Sonya Marturano
Director - Sydney
An accomplished professional with a strong background in Marketing and Business, Sonya's journey began working with Children's talent agencies, where she gained valuable experience and eventually established her own talent agency/studio (Fame Talent Management & Studios). As the Director of Random Management, Sonya has been instrumental in driving the agency's remarkable success since she joined the team in 2008. With her extensive experience in the industry, she has been instrumental in nurturing and guiding aspiring talents to reach their full potential. Her passion for fostering growth and her dedication to the craft have made her an invaluable asset to the entertainment business. In addition to her role at Random Management, Sonya also serves as the Director of our children's Agency Talent Box and as the CEO/Manager of Meraki Entertainment.
Brendan Jelley
Agent - Melbourne
As an Agent, Casting Director, and Communications Specialist with a background as a performer, Brendan has experience on all sides of the casting process providing the expertise to support actors' careers and shape their personal brands. Formerly an Assistant Agent at Helen Pandos Management, Brendan joined Random Management in 2023 with a focus on growing the theatre division of the agency. His approach prioritises authentic connections and collaborative strategies to foster successful and sustainable careers for his clients.
