Izzy Stevens is an award winning Actor, Director and Writer with over 10 years of professional experience in the industry. Her acting credits include lead roles on Underbelly, Razor, the hit Australian TV show Puberty Blues, and most recently, the Sci-Fi/Action feature film OCCUPATION.
Izzy is currently filming the sequel to OCCUPATION, reprising her role as Isabella Bartlett. Izzy has also stared in numerous short films, including ‘Swipe Left’ in which she was nominated for a Best Actor award from Maverick Film Festival.
After graduating Sydney Film School, Izzy directed her debut short film: Placidyl (Or the Dairy of a Madwoman), a dark, Lynch-esque allegorical comedy about a woman with a triangle for a head. It was selected for Cinema Australia’s Sunday Short’s program in 2017.
In 2018, the Psychological Thriller PHENOMENA, which Izzy wrote, directed, edited and produced, became a TROPFEST finalist. Izzy has gone on to direct multiple other works as a freelancer, including LEAP, which won Best Experimental Film at Redline International Film Festival.
Currently, Izzy is living and working in Los Angeles, her dual citizenship allows her follow the work between Australia and USA.
