Akansha Hungenahally is an award-winning performer, multidisciplinary artist, teacher and Equity and Wellbeing consultant. Beyond this work she is also a Communications and Administration Coordinator.

Since completing her Bachelor of Music Theatre from Federation University in 2019, she has completed further study in performing arts and has featured in such performances as: Be You Productions’ ‘Ordinary Days’ (Claire), DHB Theatrical’s ‘Suddenly’ (Ensemble), Victorian Opera’s new rendition of 'A Christmas Carol' (Martha/Young Fan/Belle), and Australian Shakespeare company’s ‘Romeo and Juliet’ (Juliet U/S). Akansha is also proud to be an Artists of Colour Initiative 2020 semi-finalist, and to have appeared in the Greenroom nominated 2020 video phenomenon ‘I Need You To See Me’ by Vidya Makan, alongside 100 other emerging performers of colour.
