Zahrah grew up in a family with the love for story telling and  music so it was no surprise that she had aspirations of being a performer. She began her Acting and Singing training her first year of high school and never looked back. She is a vibrant, sensitive and consistent performer. 

Zahrah has been in many Drama and Singing competitions winning many awards for both disciplines. She was privileged to be nominated for a Green Room Award for Best Supporting Actress In a Musical (Passing Strange).

Most recently, Zahrah worked as a Swing on the Australian Tour of the Tony Award Winning musical ‘Hairspray’.  She toured with some of Australia’s best, Rhonda Burchmore, Shane Jacobson, Todd McKenny, Rob Mills and Bobby Fox. 

With a passion for screen Zahrah has worked on ‘Neighbours’ and the Hollywood Feature Film 'Ticket to Paradise' starring George Clooney and Julia Robert’s.
