Natassa Zoe is an Australian-based actor, musician and writer, originally from Bristol, England, completing studies at Bristol Old Vic Theatre and more recently with internationally renowned acting teachers including Les Chantery, Howard Fine, Margie Haber, Anthony Meindl and Ben Matthews.
Involved in a variety of creative projects, Natassa is the guitarist, vocalist and songwriter for the Sydney-based indie pop-rock band, Dande and The Lion. She recently created, directed, and featured in their latest music video Higher Places, which was a finalist at the Cannes World Film Festival and selected in the Berlin International Art Film Festival and Toronto Film and Script Awards. Natassa co-created and featured in the band’s latest music video Cheap Choice, which won the London Independent Film Awards and placed on high rotation on MTV.
Natassa has an extensive range of athletic skills, from the age of six, she studied various martial arts and competed internationally for England in Karate. Additionally, Natassa has comprehensive training and experience in weapons and on-screen combat. Natassa is also an avid surfer and played professional soccer in the English Football Premiership and the Italian Women’s Soccer League.
With a keen interest for a deeper understanding of other cultures, languages and social-political matters, Natassa graduated with a First Class (Hons) in Politics and Italian and fluent spoken Italian. Her undergraduate work on human security and populism was published and she subsequently won a scholarship to study a master’s degree in International Security at the University of Sydney. Natassa is currently working on a screenplay due for completion in 2023.
